A brand new infotainment channel for the Greater Pearl River Delta Region
Dim Sum TV, the first infotainment channel for the Greater Pearl River Delta Region officially launched its trial broadcast on 30th March 2007 (Friday), is now available at channel 539 of now
TV. By offering compelling entertainment as well as interesting information with innovative and quality programs, Dim Sum TV is a pioneer in TV business to provide a variety of infotainment feature with insight into the Cantonese culture.
Broadcast primarily in Cantonese, Dim Sum TV is an infotainment channel focusing on culture, social and economic developments as well as life style trends in the Greater Pearl River Delta regions. Original flagship programs include “Do You Know Me”, “Talk of Fame”, “The Price Scanner”, “Trends & The Cities” and “Pearl River Delta Code”.
In addition to providing numerous variety programs from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea, Dim Sum TV also offers a number of attractive feature dramas including the 30 millions’ production costume drama “Qin Shi Huang- The First Emperor”, featuring Zhang Fengyi、Zhang Jingchu & Fan Bingbing, and “Yo Guan Yin”, a love story adopted from renowned Haiyan’s novel, featuring Peter Ho, Tong Dawei & Sun Li. Popular Korean and Japanese dramas will also be presented by Dim Sum TV to Hong Kong viewers.
