The CPC as well as the Guangdong Association for the Promotion of Cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong & Macau were established by the Provincial Government’s Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office to reflect this policy focus. The CPC’s mandate is to provide a bridge and a platform for promoting and strengthening trilateral civic cooperation. Through such cooperation, the CPC aims to help facilitate the implementation of the Outline of the Plan for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta. Since the CPC’s mission coincides with that of Dim Sum TV, the CPC hopes to establish a special collaborative relationship with the TV network.
