Mr.Donald Tsang stated that the Hong Kong government will facilitate enterprises on a technological level to upgrade their products and assist them in restructuring with minimum interruptions with the help of the chambers of commerce and industry organizations. Also, enterprises will be encouraged to relocate to the Guangdong mountainous area, the east and west wings, Jiangxi and Hunan, and other provinces. The assistance aims to minimize any negative impact on the Hong Kong enterprises in moving with the country‚s policy and in attempting to become more productive overall.

Governor Huang Huahua said that the restructuring of the processing trade enterprise is crucial. Guangdong will adapt 5 new measures to promote the restructuring of the processing trade enterprises. The provincial government has decided to support the restructuring of enterprises by contributing RMB 400 million.
