"Dim Sum TV is visited by
The Deputy Director General of the Publicity,
Culture and Sports Department from the
Liaison Office of The Central’s People’s Government
in the HKSAR, Mr. Si Jin Quan
On November 26, the Dim Sum TV operation center in Guangzhou welcomed representatives from the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR, Deputy Director Mr. Si Jin Quan and Division Chief Mr. Zhu Wen. Dim Sum TV’s representatives gave the pair, along with other invited officials, a tour of the center, before conducting a discussion of the group’s media project, “30 Years of Hong Kong-Guangdong Cooperation.” Also attending the tour and the discussion were the Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of Guangdong Province and Director of the Information Office of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province, Mr. Li Shoujin, along with Deputy Director, Mr. Hu Zhen Quo and Assistant Directors, Mr. Wang Yong Qing and Mr. Sun Zhen Quo, both from the Information Office of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province.
Dim Sum TV’s Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kit Szeto, together with Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Eric Lam, and Corporate Communications Department Controller, Ms. Lynna Qi, extended a warm welcome to the visiting officials.

During his visit, Mr. Si Jin Quan screened Dim Sum TV’s show reel, as well as videos from the regional media event, “30 Years of Hong Kong-Guangdong Cooperation,” and several clips from the program series, “Steps Through Time.” He remarked that Dim Sum TV’s programs are easy viewing, energetic and informative, qualities that he explained will help narrow the gap between the program and the viewer and encourage participation and interaction.
