Mr. Kit Szeto said that Guangdong and Hong Kong each has its own competitive advantage; the former is a province rich with culture and traditions, while the latter is a world city and a hub for international exchange. How should the two sides step up their collaboration in the development of their creative industries? What are the areas that offer the greatest scope for cooperation? What can be done to elevate Chinese culture while upgrading the creative industries in Guangdong and Hong Kong, and in so doing create a win-win situation for both sides? These were some of the issues that needed to be examined.
